- When payment succeeds, the booking is confirmed, the invoice is issued and the chat room opens, based on the payment gateway's notification.
- If the payment deadline ends without payment, the order is cancelled automatically with no fees and the slot becomes available again.
- Saving a payment method is optional and only happens with your consent; RawPix does not store card numbers.

Article 7: Provider response time
- The provider responds to your order within two hours; hours from 1 AM to 10 AM do not count, the deadline never extends past the event, and it is shown to you when you send the order. If the deadline ends without a reply, our customer service team follows up on your order.
- Some providers have auto-accept enabled, so your order with them moves straight to payment.
- Events less than 24 hours away are ordered through customer service.
Article 8: Decline and alternatives
- If the provider declines or the time runs out, the platform offers you providers at the same price for the same order.
- RawPix may help you find an alternative; this is a courtesy, not an obligation or guarantee.
Article 9: Changing a booking
- Any change to the date, location, scope or delivery date must be recorded in the chat room; otherwise it is not valid.
- Changing the date is subject to the provider's agreement and availability; if not possible, it is treated as a cancellation based on when you requested the change.
- Any addition to the booking is requested and paid through the platform and added to the invoice.
Event day
Article 10: Location and permits
- You must prepare the shooting location and obtain any venue or event permit, if required.

- A lack of basic needs that prevents the work is treated under Article 14.
Article 12: Late event start
- The service duration counts from the arrival time, even if the event starts late.
- The team's waiting time is part of the paid duration, and time is extended only by requesting overtime.
Article 13: Overtime
- Overtime is requested through the platform and paid before it starts, at the provider's displayed hourly rate.
- The provider is not obliged to accept if they have another booking.
- Any overtime paid outside the platform is not covered by the booking or its records.

Article 15: Conduct towards the team
- You and your guests must respect the team and their safety.
- The team may withdraw in case of documented abuse or danger, and any dispute about what is owed afterwards is handled under Article 24.

- You are responsible for keeping your copy of the materials after receiving them.
- The provider keeps a backup for 30 days after delivery and then deletes it; women-only event materials are deleted immediately on delivery.
- RawPix is not liable for loss of materials at any time.
Cancellation and refund
Article 19: Client cancellation
- Cancelling before payment is always free, because no amount has been charged.
- After payment, deductions depend on the time left before the appointment:
| Time left at cancellation | Deducted | Refunded |
|---|---|---|
| More than 3 days | Payment gateway fees | The rest |
| 24 hours to 3 days | Gateway fees + 10% administrative fee + RawPix commission | The rest |
| 12 to 24 hours | Gateway fees and VAT, then half of the rest | Half of the rest |
| Less than 12 hours | The full amount | No refund |
- Wedding bookings: cancelling after payment and more than 24 hours ahead also deducts a 25% deposit for the provider, because they reserved the day for you.
- A regular cancellation does not give you the right to review the provider.
Article 20: Provider cancellation and no-show
- If the provider cancels after the booking is confirmed, you get a full refund automatically.
- If the provider does not arrive within one hour of the arrival time, report it from the booking and you get a full refund automatically, unless the provider proves attendance with platform records within 48 hours.
- You may review the provider in both cases.
Article 21: Force majeure
If the event cannot take place because of documented force majeure beyond both parties' control, you are refunded including the wedding deposit, and gateway fees are split equally between you and RawPix.
Article 22: How refunds work
- Refunds go to the same payment method; the time to appear depends on your bank.
- Each refund is issued a credit note for the refunded amount, linked to the original invoice.
Objection, dispute and invoice
Article 23: Objection
- You may object from within the booking during the objection period, stating the reason and evidence.
- If you do not object within the period, the work is deemed accepted and the amount is released to the provider.

- The held amount is released by a written agreement between you in the chat room, or by an enforceable decision from the competent authority.
- If you do not refer the matter to the competent authority within 30 days of your objection, the amount is released to the provider.
- Inquiries not related to a booking are raised through the general contact channel.
Article 24: Disputes with the provider
- Any dispute about execution, quality or delivery is directly between you and the provider. RawPix is not a party, not an arbitrator, and not obliged to decide it.
- It is recommended to take it to the Taradhi platform before going to court.
- On your request, or the competent authority's, RawPix provides an extract of the booking records: the invoice, chat, statuses and timings.
- Each party appoints its own representative at its own cost, and the party ruled against bears legal fees and expenses to the extent decided by the competent authority.
Article 25: Booking boundaries
- The booking covers only what is recorded in the invoice and the chat room.
- Any service or amount paid outside the platform is not covered by the booking or its records, and the original invoice stays as it is.

These terms are read together with the Cancellation & Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and the booking invoice as one unit, and in case of conflict they take precedence in this order.
Article 39: Account and payment security

- You report any unauthorized access to your account within 24 hours of becoming aware of it.
Article 40: Chargebacks
- You must raise any objection through the platform first before going to the bank.
- Opening a bank dispute while an objection is open on the platform suspends the account until it ends.
- An unjustified bank chargeback after the amount is released is a debt on you and suspends your account.
Article 41: Records
- You agree that RawPix may access chat rooms for quality purposes, to prevent circumvention, and to provide records to the competent authority.
